• Position summary:

According to the guidance of plant manager and the relevant company policies, control production activities, process improvement, safety issues, maintenance/repairing works and lead operation workforce to meet the plant’s target in efficient manner.
• Main Tasks:
• Evaluate the manufacturing of products in production lines and assume responsibility for product performance, cost and delivery
• Manage site service agreement to ensure manufacturing objectives with quality and cost effectiveness
