Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Valletta for a Barista Cashier. The Barista Cashier will be responsible for preparing beverages and food items, processing payments from customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. The Barista Cashier will also engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide menu recommendations and answer questions, and work with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a barista or cashier is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and take direction
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
