Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Sous Chef role at Aki Restaurant Michelin Guide restaurant in Valletta, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control. The Senior Sous Chef will also provide guidance, training, and support to the kitchen staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards.
