Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A, you will drive initiatives to improve the accuracy, availability, granularity and coverage of our data; you will build analytical tools to generate insight, recognise patterns and predict behavior and you will support the commercial business as local data expert in meeting or exceeding its objectives

Key responsibilities:
• Support the UK, Ireland and Nordic (UKINOR) FP&A team in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Provide detailed monthly variance analysis.
• Work closely with the General Accounting team at month-end to ensure the accuracy of accruals.
• Assist budget holders with regular reporting on spend vs budget.
• Track daily sales and open orders vs forecast, highlighting any opportunities or risks as they arise.
• Work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Business Intelligence teams to advance reporting.
