Acorn by Synergie is currently working with an exciting client within the food industry who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to manage the customers service team, along with providing support for the remote sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and undertaking of activities such as:

- Sales Order Processing
- House Accounts management
- Management of the the customer service team & office support from the remote sales team
- Produce and update KPI information on a regular basis
- Provide service levels for each customer as required
