As part of the Communication, External Affairs & Sustainability Division, the Global Sustainability & EHS department defines and drives the Sustainability strategy and deploys it across the company.

Launched in 2022, Generation Ipsen is a transformative sustainability strategy anchored by four pillars —Environment, Patients, People, and Governance— aiming to drive positive action and leave a lasting impact for a better and healthier world.

We are a growing and very agile department, with a strong governance that drives the Sustainability agenda at the highest levels of our governance bodies. Sustainability being everyone's responsibility, our ambition is to elevate Generation Ipsen’s unified voice & commitment across the organization .

We coordinate the Sustainability topics throughout the whole group through a network of experts and ambassadors (+ 60 people in countries and functions).
