Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administration Assistant role located in Addis Ababa. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the company. This includes managing correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining files and records, and assisting with general office operations. The Administration Assistant will also provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred
• MSc in Management or equivalent
