You will be one of the first employees in Germany’s hottest CO2 removal start-up and help to shape and optimize our stack design and development. Your ideas will pave the way for many more engineers to build on in the coming years.

What you will work on

Your mission: Together with our CTO Paul and the pilot engineering team you will be responsible for overseeing and operating all our Direct Air Capture Pilot operations (Rotterdam and Montréal).
• Set up project framework (regulatory requirements, internal and external stakeholders) and roadmap
• Develop a deep understanding of our current technology, translate learnings from demonstrator to pilot
• Own relationships with contractors and engineering partners
• Manage and look after the build-up of the pilot with contractors, lead HAZOP assessments and necessary certifications
• Take a leading role in deploying and operating our pilots in Rotterdam and Montréal
• Identify suitable location for FOAK plant
