TaTe Group, a diversified investment company, is seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Resident Coordinator/Administrator. The Resident Coordinator/ Administrator is the point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, suppliers, and contractors for TaTe Village. You will assist with coordinating and planning the allocation of the rooms and assist in maintaining comprehensive, well-organised and detailed records.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide upscale service experiences for residents and ensure the smooth running of the backpacker/guesthouse TaTe Village.
• Be the point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Coordinate and manage communication between residents and staff.
• Engage clients and potential clients DAILY on social media and Web interface.
• Cooperate with TaTe Village staff to ensure we comply with all industry standards, operating procedures and policies.
