This position’s main objective is to assure the implementation & execution of Systemic Work Capability & Infraestructure; in order to leverage sustainable results. Detonate a Continuous Improvement Culture on the facility by enabling the facility staff to take advantage of the Productivity tools on hand.
• This position reports directly to Plant Director and has 6 direct reports.
• Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization (e.g., Operations manager, Maintenance, finance, Production).
• Functionally reports to Kellanova North America’s region KWS Director – English proficiency required.
• This position is full on site; Linare’s Plant.
