Your tasks
• Support of product development from the concept phase to series production
• Independent development of tool method plans for complex stamping and deep-drawing components in the automotive industry
• Evaluation of industrializability by means of incremental forming simulation, taking into account existing production facilities, internal process and external quality requirements
• Consulting of product development and production facilities within the framework of "Design to Cost" and "Design for Manufacturing" analyses
• Proactive identification of problem components as well as initiation and management of interdisciplinary working groups for component improvement
• Creation of the result documentation as a communication platform between development, production and customers
• Accompaniment of component releases, discussion of results, derivation and follow-up of measures
