Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Reporting To: Hygiene Supervisor

Department: Hygiene

Shift: Green

We are a 24/7 operating bakery, 12-hour shifts covering days/nights and weekdays/weekends, on a two-week rota. Shift patterns are 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Location: Lantmännen Unibake Site 2, Maidstone Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BD

You Will Be Great At
• To lead staff by example and share the knowledge and experience in accordance with Lantmännen Unibake values
• Ensure products and packaging are according to standards and specification
• Ensure that all production is manufactured in accordance with the Health and Safety, Quality and Food Safety standards and Site Policies as specified in relevant site procedures and highlight any non conformances to the relevant Manager
