Tasks and Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, live transfers, web leads and handle outbound calls Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialler. Prior experience in high volume environment is a plus Follow a consultative selling approach while showing empathy, educating the potential member on the benefits of our debt resolution program, overcoming objections and closing the sale in first call Complete application, pull credit and gather documents while collaborating with underwriting teams to facilitate a quick and smooth enrollment process Close sales and achieve set quotas and performance metrics Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
