Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan production schedules according to customer demand to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Supervise production line activities, including overseeing employees, monitoring finish goods and by-product production.
• Calculate production output for each line, maintain records, and update ERP systems with inventory data.
• Coordinate the production, packing, freezing, and loading of intermediate and main products onto vehicles.
• Prepare reports, update delivery challans, and maintain documentation in a timely manner.
