• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership position overseeing financial operations.
• * Proven success in fundraising and/or investing in emerging markets for high-growth technology startups through multiple fundraising rounds
• * 4+ years of progressive experience in Fintech or FMCG
• * Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategy, with a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing financial performance.
• * A deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving organizational goals.
• * A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent designation is highly desirable.
