I have a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate interested in the property industry to join a great business and to manage all the property enquiry leads and maximise how these are used. Working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 and at least one Saturday a month either covering an office shift 9:00 - 1:00 or viewings 10:00 - 4:00 (Saturdays are paid as overtime and more can be worked - time and a half for the office shift and £20 per hour viewings)
the key responsibilities till be:
· Qualify the leads and send out videos.
· Follow up to next stage - viewing bookings.
· Managing the viewings and diaries to maximise best use of time.
· Manage feedback between viewers and Property Managers/ landlords, working towards securing the right tenants for the landlord as quickly and efficiently as we can.
· To carry out viewings on occasion.
· To secure Holding Deposits.
