Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure all troubleshooting related to client computing.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all the computers within the assigned area.
• Assist to ensure that all existing system is running smoothly.
• Ensure all in bound and out bound data is synchronized as per schedule.
• Monitoring Monthly Database of all running database at the assigned area.
• Testing new technology.
• WAN, LAN, wireless network system, Network storage system Maintenance and troubleshooting, Setting up accounts for new users, Microsoft Outlook Configuration & troubleshooting.
• Switch and Router Configuration, Network Cabling.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring Server system.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
