KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :
• Execution of Protos cigarette making machine maintenance end-to-end aiming to achieve the specified production and quality targets.
• Ensure timely handing over of machinery for production after rectification and maintenance.
• Compliance of EH&S standards associated with machine maintenance.
• Organize and execute machinery maintenance, including breakdown and preventive maintenance, to ensure continuous machine operation.
• Prepare and monitor revenue budgets, ensuring targets are met.
• Plan and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
• Seek feedback from the SMD team to improve maintenance quality and execute suggested actions.
