ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The role will lead and facilitate the optimum performance of the facilities and utilities infrastructure of the manufacturing site, while ensuring a focus on continuous improvement and innovations. The role is expected to lead a team of managers, non-managers and a large contractor base, keeping team morale and motivation as a key enabler. Provide support to ensure accurate completion of production activities. Provide accurate feedback to maintenance team with respect to machine performance.
