The LOCVaS project combines the efforts of different areas of expertise to investigate new methodologies and techniques to estimate the location of buried water pipes and the leak location. This project is conducted at the Digital Water Laboratory (DWLab) in the São Paulo State University’s Bauru Faculty of Engineering (FEB-UNESP), in Bauru, Brazil. The aim is to perform ground vibration measurements that can be used to detect the buried water pipe together with the position of any leak in the system.
