Your Tasks And Responsibilities
• Plan to survey and select areas and growers for producing foundation seeds to support crop plan with comply with company standard and requirements.
• Manage and control seed production areas, raw materials distribution, field quality control from sowing to harvesting as planned, standards and requirements.
• Educate and manage contracted growers to understand and strictly follow foundation seed production process and field quality standard.
• Educate and manage seasonal workers at production location to understand and work as standards of genetic purity, seed quality, seed volume, operation cost and timeline.
• Manage to provide parent seeds, farm inputs, necessary equipment, knowledge and technology for foundation seed production with comply to all requirements.
• Manage to control production fields in all crop stages during season of seed production to meet target of genetic purity, seed quality, seed quantity and timeline.
