Your Tasks And Responsibilities
• Work proportion: logistic 40%, pipeline enablement 40%, nursery operaration &PVP 20%
• Responsible for the international shipment creation of seed and non-seed material
• Prepare the shipping documents and coordinate with internal Trade, and external stakeholder such as local logistic vendor and DOA
• Responsible for seed sampling activity (run by DOA), prepare filed inspection
• documents/results to support shipping process.
• Handle shipment packaging and labelling.
• Support all virtual tasks required to enable nursery, processing, packaging and field-testing physical delivery activities to be carried out in a manner which meets on time and in full goals, while also preserving the quality and efficacy of the data required to advance the pipeline.
• Collaborates with Breeders/Planning managers to meet the hybrid or nursery advancement timelines.
• Manage DUS activity for PVP filing.
