Duties

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the company. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster employee engagement, development, and retention. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation programs.
