Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Management
• Set and have approved monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for vehicle sales.
• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales, revenue & net profitability targets as per budget or as assigned by management.
• Ensure adequate inventory pipeline management at levels stipulated.
• Ensure stock ageing is maintained within the approved stock ageing profile.
• Define & develop sales strategies to address stock imbalances, and competitive threats & to ensure sustainable sales for organizational growth.
• Manage & negotiate dealership benefits with the principle management for ongoing sales, and marketing support.
• Ensure the corporate relationship with principal counterparts is positive.
• Overseeing the monthly sales operating report including margin and profitability to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the management.
