Requirement:
• B.Sc. or M. Sc. degree in Synthesis Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related science discipline, preferably in surfactant / polyols chemistry
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Alkoxylation processes with relevant experience in surfactant/polyol chemistry
• Have a god number of years dealing with pilot unit (5 – 10kg reactor), reaction/synthesis basis, strong in chemistry, ability to “connect” the dots, versatile and most importantly – never give up attitude, creative, and ability to work with all level in a company.

• Drive pilot plant operation with the ability to organize in accordance to the plan, timeline and smooth manning upon consultation with line-manager.
• Participate in the scale-up production of new product, lead the technology of polyols and surfactants and work closely with manufacturing team to deliver products within specifications.
