£22,125 - £23,472 per annum (FTE) pro rata'd for 21 hours.

Office Location:

Community based in Warwickshire, with some homeworking elements.

About the role

We are offering a great opportunity to join our team providing personalised support to people diagnosed with dementia and their carers.

Our Dementia Connect service provides an opportunity to reach more people affected by Dementia through Telephone, Face-to-Face and Online support. The Warwickshire team are well-established, local experts in face-to-face Dementia Support with a range of experience and knowledge to tailor our community-based service to the diverse local population.
