James Lewis has been appointed to assist a multi-dimensional Principal Contractor in North London in their search for a Civils/Groundworks Site/Package Manager to join the team. Our client works across a range of project sectors which include data centres, education, commercial, healthcare and science & technology in and around London and the SE. They provide services from design, through construction and fit out to the maintenance of the projects, effectively offering an end-to-end solution.

This specific project is a datacentre that is entering into its first cycle of enabling works which entails a significant amount of levelling out, before commencement of the initial infrastructure/groundworks (all services below ground). Piling is due in early June, after which will follow the sequence of concrete slab, steel frame, cladding/Kawneer curtain walling and aluminium standing seam roofing system.
