Job Description:

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to executive-level management while also serving as the primary point of contact for brand campaign activities. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and executing various administrative tasks alongside brand coordination duties such as order processing, communication with suppliers, and maintaining brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the [Executive/Principal/Manager]'s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
