Head of Study Program is responsible to the Director for the academic management of the academy and ensuring the teaching and learning component of the programs are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
• Prepare the strategic plan and annual budget of study program
• Coordinate the preparation, implementation, development, and evaluation of curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate lecturer performance
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of “Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi” (Education, Research, and Community Service)
• Implement the academic policy in accordance with applicable educational quality standard

Qualifications
• Have Master's Degree in Tourism
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Study Program in related field
• English proficiency (oral and written)
• Good managerial skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
