Research Associate (all genders)

Spatial Proteomics

Full-time and permanent

Key responsibilities:
• Optimize and implement workflows for laser capture microdissection coupled to mass spectrometry workflows for spatial proteomic applications
• Work together with specialized teams in setting up Machine Learning based image analysis and segmentation methods for spatial proteomics
• Build up and continuously improve analytical workflows for smallest sample amounts by combining microfluidic sample preparation with highest sensitivity liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to enable the quantitative characterization... More Detail
