Job Responsibility :
• To plan, monitor and inspect from pre-development stage to post development stage to meet the approved quality, cost and time standards.
• Establish quality standard, management of quality procedures and monitor the quality control to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications.
• To assist in liaison with consultants, contractors and team of clerk of works to anticipate and resolve all technical and operation issues arising at project site and contractual disputes.
• Attend all meetings and site valuations related to project site, compile and prepare reports for record and feedback information for Management's review.
• Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the projects.
• To assist in liaison with government authorities and consultants.
• Monitor and ensure that the appointed architect makes through inspect prior to the expiry of defects liability period.
