About The Role

The Wild Rabbit family is growing, and we are looking for a passionate experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

SALARY: average 48 hours per week

HOURS: £45,000 per annum plus £6,000 average TRONC

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a natural leader, with a 5-star service background. You will be responsible for the day to day to management of a high-performing Front of House team.

Responsibilities
• Deliver and champion The Wild Rabbit standards
• Set the example of exceptional service
• Training and development of the Front of House team
• Be an “on service “Restaurant Manager – this is a shop floor role where there is plenty of support from the General Management team for admin
