· Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities - Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes

· Maintain inventory, minimize waste, and ensure cost efficiency

· Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation

· Lead kitchen staff effectively and maintain a positive work environment

· Collaborate with management on menu development
