The successful candidate will be a mature, detail orientated, self-disciplined, and motivated individual, and will be in possession of the following listed below:

Duties & Responsibilities

Functions and duties (Included but are not limited to):
• Check and capture employment contracts for all new staff on site.
• Process, and manage the administration of all employee transfers, terminations, dismissals, abscondence, bank details, personal info etc.
• Check and approve, loaded staff leave on the ESS system.
• Responsible for the administration of the forms for the pension and provident funds disabilities, death claims and fund withdrawal forms.
• Report, update, and maintain IOD’S on Compsol.
• Handling all IOD administrative queries from the Labour Department.
• Assist the Clinic Sister with administration and record keeping of all IOD's.
