Job Description

This role provides support in a specialist area of Human Capital. This role works with line managers and supports the Human Caiptal Business Partners in the implementation of specialist Human Capital solutions. Individually accountable for achieving results through the self.

Minimum Requirements:
• Namibian citizenship;
• Relevant Industrial Psychology/Human Resources degree;
• 3-5 years' experience with a strong Wellness background is a prerequisite;
• Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and relationship building;
• Ability to think strategically and laterally;
• Conflict Management;
• Computer Literacy and good numeric skills are essential;
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently;
• Excellent interpersonal, planning & organizing skills;
