Parts Administrator to join a reputable heavy machinery company servicing the Bowen Basin

Your new company
Join a well established Heavy Machinery company servicing Mackay and the Bowen Basin that is focused on mine sites maximise mine performance with the best heavy earthmoving equipment.

Your new role

In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including but not limited to;
• High level of data entry
• Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
• Inform clients of the expected delivery date.
• Order creation including open and close of orders
• Preparing invoices, logistics documents, and quotes
• General admin duties and additional duties as delegated
• Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Liaising with production, sales, logistics, warehouse, to ensure all delivery dates are met.
