Verifythe service requests made by customers & Capture VOC of thecustomer and update in thesystem

Conversationalskill for telephonic as well as face to facediscussion

Customercommunications about repairupdates

Diagnosis

Analyseand Diagnose the Scooter to identify number and type of repairsapplicable

Updatethe diagnosis report in the WMS (Getafix)

Performrepairs & final inspection on the vehicle if the desiredrepairs as per the customer Voice isperformed

SystemHandling

Trackthe Customer complaint in Zendesk and update the system on... More Detail
