Join our established business as a vital member of our finance team! We're seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of our Invoice processing function, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including accounts receivable management, non-trade invoice processing, and support across various accounting activities.

Overall Objectives:
• Process invoices promptly in line with agreed SLAs.
• Code postings accurately according to relevant budget codes.
• Allocate cash receipts based on client remittance advices.
• Manage medical insurance requests and renewals.
• Conduct regular accounts receivables follow-ups to minimize overdue balances.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of invoices.
• Assist in procurement processes and office supply management.
• Coordinate with IT support providers.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
