Lean Specialist (Open)
【Job Description】
1. Providing training for new employees about lean practices, including time management and prioritization skills
2. Helping managers understand lean principles and how to apply them in their departments
3. Performing audits to identify waste in processes or procedures and recommending changes to improve performance
4. Establishing work measurement programs and analyzing work samples to develop labor utilization standards
5. Discussing with engineering staff and management to plan and suggest
6. Educating and coaching company personnel on Lean concepts, tools and methods

【Qualifications】
1. Have Lean training or certificate.
2. Bachelor's degree and above With English (TOEIC score 500 above)
3. Good presentation skill, can deliver clear message with clear logic.
4. Be interest or experience in PCBA SMT & OSAT manufacturing process.
