The Colliers (Hamilton) team is dynamic and focused on delivering outstanding results to their clients. They manage a large number of properties and body corporates, and in this position, you will be responsible for facilitating and advising on the maintenance, building compliance, and health & safety across all of their properties.

No two days will be the same, but your core responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing day to day maintenance of all properties, including building, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and landscaping
