Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shagamu for a Quality Assurance Manager at Pharma Organization. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with regulations. The role will involve managing a team of quality control technicians and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the organization's quality standards and customer expectations. The role also improves product quality by enforcing compliance to GMP.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
