Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Design Department located in Gurugram (India). The Person will be responsible for CNG Cylinder Valve, Regulator, Injector & Receptacle, overseeing the development of prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design from concept to production.

Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• Expertise in designing CNG Cylinder Valve, Regulator, Injector & receptacle.
• Demonstrated experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360
• Excellent understanding of industry standards, manufacturing processes, and materials
• Experience in managing engineering projects from concept to production.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
