Key Responsibilities

IT user support:
• Provide assistance to users with their IT issues and questions, ensuring smooth support for users across the major environments and apps in use @ VoCoVo (Google Workspace apps, Slack, Adobe, Trello, MS365)
• Ensure user set-up/basic configuration and timely provision of new users for accounts, change of privileges when user rights need changing, suspension or removal of accounts when users leave
• Manage IT onboarding of new users, explain our cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace) and main applications as required, give important information on information security and GDPR.
• Liaise with mobile phone agency (provision of new company mobiles), assist users with queries and issues.
