This post is a secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

This role is an exciting opportunity to becime the Production Manager at CIVAS@IP5, an MHRA Specials Manufacturer based in NHS Wales Shared Services. The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the production team, ensuring that scheduling and manufacture of unlicensed specials occurs in a safe and regulatory compliant environment. The role will also be required to undertake visual inspection of products prior to QC inspection and release.

The Main Duties Are
• operational management of the daily production team under the guidance of the Production and Operations Lead
• ensure adherence to principles of Good Manufacturing Practice
• undertake training and education of staff
• product inspection prior to QC release
