Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & customs agency, freight forwarding and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team in Suva.

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Carry out bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly stock take for Carpenters Shipping Suva, Nadi and Lautoka Branch.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate disposal of fixed assets.
• Arrange capex as and when required

The ideal candidate will require:
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable and honest individual with strong work ethic.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours
• Group 2 Driving license would be an added advantage.
