Formative Search is working with a renewable energy developer that is looking for a Legal Counsel to join them in Seoul. The role would be part of a small legal team and cover a broad range of matters involving projects across South Korea.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to make the move in-house and gain valuable commercial experience.

Responsibilities:
• Handle a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts with a view to providing legal advice in order to finalise contracts while protecting the interests of the company.
• Assist with the provision of legal support and advice to senior management and all internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
