Maintenance a Fleet of Vehicle
• To service the vehicle on due date in reference to the (green card) vehicle maintenance and Servicing Card and update the next service on the card
• To highlight to the immediate superior if any vehicle need to be rectified and repaired
• To shuttle cars for washing, top up petrol at the respective service stations
• Occasional washing in cases of immediate need and polishing the cars as and when required
• To ensure that vehicles are clean and in good condition before checking out the vehicles
• To transfer cars to user or from one station to another

Security and Feature of Vehicle
• To conduct a physical check of the idle vehicle(s) at the car park before 0900 hours and report any discrepancies to the immediate superior at once.
