Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Administrator at PT Sinar Makeke Retailindo. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for daily HR tasks including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and supporting HR projects. This is an on-site role located in Balikpapan.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) Management, Benefits Administration, and HRIS skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in handling employee records and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
