I have a BRILLIANT opportunity for a MOTIVATED and RESILIENT individual to join a "GOOD" children's residential service in Ely, Cambridgeshire as a Children's Support Worker, supporting young people aged 8 - 18 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (sleep allowance included)

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Full-Time

Contract: Permanent

Shift pattern: 2 on 4 off shift pattern - 8/10 sleeps a monthly.

We are looking for an EMPATHETIC and DRIVEN individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

You will be committed, passionate and able to engage, encourage and mentor the young people, whilst having a whole lot of fun!
