Responsibilities:
• Serve as Legal Counsel for Sales contracts, including SaaS agreements and data protection agreements, and handle related customer-facing matters.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, collaborating closely with Sales representatives and leadership.
• Act as a partner and informal mentor to paralegals within the team.
• Review and revise various form agreements.
• Identify and implement methods to improve and streamline existing processes.
